Description:

  • Our client requires a Desktop Support Engineer Level 1

 

Requirements:

  • Dell laptops proficient – one or two certifications.
  • Upgrade / update laptops across the client estate
  • Plus, minus 500 laptops currently
  • Booked time with each employee to come to the client office
  • 8-10 laptops a day by the current team.
  • Engineer will do the upgrade to W10’s, some imaging, patching via SCCM,
  • Based at: The engineer will be expected to be at the office
