Description:
- Our client requires a Desktop Support Engineer Level 1
Requirements:
- Dell laptops proficient – one or two certifications.
- Upgrade / update laptops across the client estate
- Plus, minus 500 laptops currently
- Booked time with each employee to come to the client office
- 8-10 laptops a day by the current team.
- Engineer will do the upgrade to W10’s, some imaging, patching via SCCM,
- Based at: The engineer will be expected to be at the office
