Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join their fast-growing
startup company in the agriculture industry. The BI Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large
datasets, developing reports, and delivering insights to support data-driven decision-making for
internal teams and clients. You will be part of a cross-functional team of engineers, business
stakeholders, and data scientists, working together to deliver innovative products and services
Responsibilities:
• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to provide stakeholders with clear and concise information.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization in operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational processes and optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all reporting and analysis activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a BI Analyst or similar role is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with supply chain and processes is a bonus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
