To provide direction, definition and facilitation for the development of current and future eco system wide business solutions.
• Engaging business roll player in analysing, strategizing and prioritising business capabilities
• required to deliver company’s client engagement solutions;
• A structured business architecture strategy, framework, approach and methodology to me
• developed to which all business definitions, models and views can be mapped. Should be able to
• distinguish between customer-facing supplier-related, business execution and business
• management functions. The relationship between roles, capabilities, business units, decomposition
• of those business units into subunits and the internal and external management of those units must
• be captured;
• Designing solutions roadmap based on current vs. future that ensure completeness of solutions;
• Identifying opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, re-use and value extraction;
• Championing innovative changes as well as assess current architecture to identify weaknesses
• and develop opportunity for improvement;
• Researching and sharing information on industry, technical trends and competitors practices
• relevant to client engagement solutions;
• Business process management best practices for representing business processes which are
• manageable by business analysts, understandable to business managers and executable by
• developers (Define the set of strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and
• organisational boundaries; identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers and
• external systems that interact with the business, and describe which people, resources and controls
• are involved in the process;
• Business alignment with other business areas for enterprise solution delivery;
• Defining the data shared across the enterprise and the relationship between the data;
• Continuously monitoring turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues speedily to
• enhance client service delivery;
• Ensuring quality of designs from the business analysts in leadership, mentoring and quality
• assurance and Controlling the budget for area, including the authorisation of expenditures and implementation of
• financial regulations.

• 3-5 years in a similar environment
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
