  • Good EQ Skills – Important to this client as you will be dealing with lots of teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant PM Qualifications – Relevant PM certification and diplomas required
  • Agile working environment experience
  • Agile Framework experience.
  • Financial Industry experience a must.
  • Experience with Data Privacy and POPI Act projects.
  • Experience with banking regulatory projects.
  • Experience with RADAR – Not a problem if you don’t have this.
  • Will manage and be involved with projects enterprise wide.
  • Risk Management – high priority.
